They are going door to door offering Verizon Fios which my building does not have. After initiating the service I was unable to access Fios and canceled less than 30 days. I received a bill for $99+tax for installation fee which was waived and further more no installation occurred. I only received two WiFi routers both of which only required to be plugged up. I disputed the bill and cancelled the services. All was well until it was time to return these two routers. The customer service continued to inform me that I can drop the routers off at a Verizon Wireless store. Three stores refused to take the equipment. By the third store I made the manager call customer support and they informed us a shipping label will be sent to my email and a box will come to my home. Neither occurred. Seven months later I see a collections on my account for $703! I still have the two stupid routers and contacted Verizon AGAIN to take their routers back and they STILL refused them and stated the account is already at a collections agency.
