I am eligible to redeem the 2 Amazon gift cards that I received as part of signing up for Fios home internet. When I go to redeem them it seems I am supposed to click on the picture of the Amazon gift card which then takes me to a new tab that is titled "400 Bad Request" with the following error message below
"Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit."
Any help on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated so I can get the gift cards that were promised to me when I entered into this contract with Verizon Fios.
