Free speaker

I was supposed to receive a free speaker and I used to be able to see it on the app. The date to redeem was around aug. 9th I think. But now it’s literally no where to be seen. I’ve done endless digging trying to find it and nothing. I’ve looked through my email spam/trash, nothing. I’m so unhappy with this. Why offer it just to not let anyone redeem it?

Can you do this for me as well? I can’t find anywhere to redeem either. It was showing up consistently. The reps in the store said it was a perk and part of the reason we decided to risk trying new internet. We enjoy it and are happy with the switch. However, we were told we’d get a speaker. Then after the fact I went back and asked where is the speaker because I didn’t get it and didn’t see it on my account. They explained we had to have the internet for 60 days first. We also were told that the first 30 days would be free and they weren’t but we said oh well because we will get a free speaker so that’s fine then. Now right as we’re eligible to redeem it disappears…?

I have the same issue, I used to see the JBL speaker on my home page and it’s disappeared now.

Same issue but not just the JBL speaker (which disappeared) but also with a supposed $100 Amazon gift card. All clearly listed on the receipt when I ordered home internet. I understood having to wait a little while to get the bonus (make sure I didn’t just register and cancel) and was resigned to having to take action steps after the waiting period (clearly designed to hope people forgot), but now just making it disappear is kinda ridiculous. I’ve tried several ways of getting assistance to inquire and either haven’t received callbacks or the chatbot has just tried to sell me other accessories. So, customer service, I hope you’re listening and can resolve this.

I am having a similar issue. I went to redeem my offer for the switch once I was able to. All went well but I never received an email for it once it shipped so I didn’t know when it was being delivered. I happened to be away and I guess UPS tried delivering it while I wasn’t home and it is now being returned to sender. I am not sure what this means exactly but I want to ensure I don’t lose out on this offer since I wasn’t aware of any shipping details. Please help!

Hello I was looking into this as well I was told it would take 45 days after I started the plan but I dont see the deal any more.

Same experience, store rep in PA convinced me to switch and bundle but for me it was contingent on the speaker as part of the bundle. I called and followed up with him after signing up in June, but he said to wait and it will appear as a perk. It did at first, upon signing up for the plan, but now does not.
