Im having a horrible time getting my rebate. I did everything i was supposed to do. They say they sent it to my email but I never got it. I contacted customer support and they said they will resend it no problem. Well it didn't show up a 2nd time. I contacted them again. They say it will be there, 3rd time is the charm. Im now past the 48 hr mark for the 3rd time in a row with no rebate. I dont know what to do. Im gonna try getting ahold of a person and see what they say. Everywhere ive looked it tells me I have to contact the FCC or the BBB.. I will but I dont wanna do that. I love this company. I dont wanna make them look bad. But I feel like im getting the run around. Please help.
