Someone PLEASE HELP me!!! Been trying to get POYP since we signed up in January 2025. Customer Service calls on3/26, 4/18, 5/13, 7/3, 7/18 and today with no resolution. Now they are saying it was pay off previous carrier phones (for prepaid Mastercard) OR get new phone on Verizon but it was both per the supervisor we spoke with to complete our activation. I am emotionally tired of dealing with this but we are owed $2195.34 which is too much money to ignore. Any ideas how to get this resolved?
