I have been dealing with slow internet speeds since 08/03/25. I lose connection several times a day. I noticed that the there has been a problem with the internet since 08/16/25/ Since I have been monitoring the restoration dates, Verizon has been saying that every 12 hours that the matter would be resolved. Each day its going to be resolved at 5:20 pm and then after 5:20 pm, it says 5:20 am and then rinse and repeat every 12 hours with same restoration loop.
No one cal tell me what is going on. This is really affecting my ability to work from home. I have been a customer for 12 years and this is how I am treated. As much as I hate to go to another carrier, they are forcing my hand by terrible service.
