I have been with Verizon for 26 years! I recently upgraded all 4 lines on my account with trade ins for each line. We received new phones and returned the older phones. I received and email that three of the phones were accepted and will have a credit each month. Then, the last iPhone said, "Your active plan does not qualify This change will appear on your next bill." What in the world! It went from $830 credit to $78. I cannot believe this and don't understand what it means. All phones were in great working condition. Verizon accept the other 3 but not the last one. Please help. This makes me want to leave Verizon.
