Does anyone know if there's an email address where we can contact Verizon about a complaint or concern? I've had so many issues since I signed up for service in May including my account being set up wrong. Currently, I'm trying to get the rebate that I was promised. I've talked to people over the phone, through chat, and through support and I've asked for it to be escalated. The rebate was approved weeks ago, and on the website it's said it will be delivered within 48 hours for weeks. I keep being told I have to wait the 48 hours or 48 more hours. Now, today, I'm being told that I have to wait 8 weeks for the rebate to be approved and then an additional 8 weeks. That the 48 hours the website indicates means 48 hours after the additional 8 weeks after the first 8 weeks. It makes no sense.
The website indicates that rebates are delivered within 8 weeks after the request is submitted in multiple places and the rebate tracker says it will be sent within 48 hours. I feel like I'm being lied to and blown off and I've asked to have it escalated because if the website is incorrect is needs to be adjusted as it's deceptive.
I haven't been able to find anyone who will listen to me and I feel like maybe an email would be easier?
