I’m a week late but I received the best customer service thanks to Chris! Chris if you see this thankyouuu! He was so helpful and patient. He helped me to not only upgrade, but get a better deal on my bill with even adding another device! I’ve had my phone for YEARS and was welllllll overdue for an upgrade and he helped with exactly and then some! We cracked a few laughs too he was really cool and I hope he sees this because his customer service that day, made my day and definitely stuck with me! Thanks again I will be enjoying my upgradeee
