Services won't link, and cant locate special offer

I'm having two issues and they might be related.

I just set up my Fios home wifi. When I try to link services through the myverzion app, it takes me through all the motions but after the "success" page nothing is linked. The wifi works fine. Additionally, when I ordered the wifi, I was supposed to get the $400 Samsung special offer, but I dont even have any offers pending.

Hi, is Fios the only Verizon service you have, or do you also have a mobile account? There's a process to merge your User IDs if you've got both a mobile and a Fios account so everything shows up in one login. If you only have Fios and nothing is appearing in your account, then what probably happened was you got a guest account instead of an actual one and need to register on My Verizon again as if you'd never done it before.
