Hi - I would like to report very poor signal quality in a well traveled area.
There is an area near me where I get one or two bars of LTE signal that is pretty much unusable. Based on the FTM dashboard the signal is there but it's very poor quality. This area includes a high school as well as a stretch of main road with a fast food restaurant, etc. and a lot of new construction. (The high school has been there for several years.)
It's concerning to have such bad coverage at a school and with all the new housing developments going in, Verizon would be well served by addressing the signal quality to be sure it retains customers that move in to those developments. Please let me know how to proceed.
