Are there any actual Tier 2 Verizon network specialists who read these forums? I've been trying to properly get my network issue escalated to Tier 2, but so far I've succeeded only in getting Tier 0 and Tier 1 support, which is insufficient to solving my network problem. This has been going on for over three weeks now, with lots of totally wasted time with Tier 0 agents on the phone support.
