My name is Allen Styner, and I am reaching out to request immediate assistance regarding a recent order I placed for a certified refurbished iPhone 14 Pro.
After placing my order, I received a message stating:
> “Unfortunately, we weren’t able to validate the information you provided for the order listed below. If no further action is taken, your order will be canceled.”
In response, I called the number provided (888-483-7200) and submitted all requested information, including my Social Security number, job details, and current address.
Despite doing everything asked, I was met with unprofessional treatment during my calls. I was laughed at, talked over, and hung up on multiple times. I called more than 10 times in an effort to resolve this issue and explain that I had accidentally entered the wrong billing address during the original order. Unfortunately, every attempt to explain was dismissed or ignored.
Eventually, I was told that I am “not eligible for postpaid service,” even though the order initially went through successfully online. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I am now seeking a clear explanation and resolution
Please review my case and get back to me with clarification on why the order was canceled and what can be done to fix the situation.
