service Inside my home works intermittently at best on LTE. No 5G/5Guw is available.

service along East hardies rd is the same LTE and most calls get dropped when driving down that 3mile stretch.

The first ZIP code comes up in the middle of a 5G UW area, so I'm not sure why your home isn't getting good service. Have you checked that there isn't something which is interfering with the reception? One person posted about a year or 2 ago they found out their home internet router was somehow blocking Verizon reception, probably something to do with the WiFi signal it was producing and when they got newer equipment from their ISP it fixed the problem. Anything which produces a strong EMF will block cellular reception in my experience. The second ZIP code you mentioned is closer to the border of a 5G coverage area and there are patches of LTE only nearby, so I suspect that one is a known weak signal area.

I'm assuming when you are elsewhere, your service is fine, so it's not your device(s)?

There are many reasons for dead zones, so it's hard to say what the exact cause of it is. There's not a way to contact the department responsible for directly managing the network via these forums, but you can try leaving feedback for the area in question under the "Check network status" link to the right, under the "Get help from Verizon" box.

Yep I was just on the major road way RT8 wide open area two phones same vehicle. All along this road with coordinate 40.614906,-79.938680 leading to wide open major road way RT8 coordinate 40.613880,-79.947467

you are correct I should be in the mill of a 5guw tower . However we had a terrible storm here in April and service has never been the same since then. As for in my house I’ve always had to use WiFi no matter what inside since I’ve moved in 12 years ago. Both vzw and tmo lose signal the minute you step inside.

however that doesn’t explain the current issue at hand!

Ah, that would explain things. I'm totally willing to bet the storms in April knocked out the towers and it's going to be a long process to get things back to where they were. That's pretty odd that 2 different providers have always had zilch service inside your home though. If stepping outside of the house fixes the problem, then it's something inside the home or possibly the house's construction materials blocking cellular reception. If being on the sidewalk or driveway also has no service either, then I'm wondering if there is some topographic feature or buildings around which are blocking the reception. I don't remember seeing any bodies of water nearby when I checked the coverage map a few days ago, so it's got to be something else.

As for the RT8 no service, would suggest using the check network status link I mentioned in my previous post to see if there's anything reported for that area. Could've been the same storms back in the spring affecting things and it's still being worked on. Verizon was upgrading the network around where I live and work and it took most of the summer.
