JBL Speaker Redemption

Hello,

I'm writing in to ask about the free JBL speaker offer thats included with my service order. I received an email to redeem the offer but when I click the link -- the page says the URL is broken.

Also when heading to the page on the verizon website -- https://www.verizon.com/products/jbl-party-box-on-the-go/?sku=sku4380021

it seems like the device is not eligible for order nor is it eligible for pickup at a store.

Any help here? I would just like to claim my offer.

This just happened to me today, August 20, 2025. The JBL speaker offer just disappeared from my “home offers” page. I also received an email to claim my offer, but the link is bad. I spent 1 hour on a chat just for them to verify that it is ready to redeem without anyway to redeem it. After having researched this issue, Verizon is accused all over the internet of doing this, with little to no help provided.
