Is anyone else having this problem with Verizon’s “National Growth Offer” from March 2025?
Back in March 2025, Verizon advertised a deal for new customers: 4 lines + 4 free iPhone 16s for $100/month. I signed up directly through Verizon’s website, clicked the promotion, and completed the order.
Since then, every bill has been wrong — I’ve been charged $120/month instead of $100, for 5 months in a row.
When I contacted customer service about this:
- They claim to know nothing about this offer.
- They say they’ll update my account, but nothing changes.
- Sometimes they give me a $20 credit — but only for that month.
- Other times, they just hang up or disconnect the chat.
At this point, I don’t know what else to do. I’ve wasted 1–2 hours every month trying to fix this for $20, with no success. I’m extremely frustrated with Verizon’s customer service.
