I bought 2 new phones and moved over 2 lines to Verizon in late June (all online), when a $300 verizon gift card was advertised online as part of the deal. I never received any information about it after I made the purchase. Customer service while getting my lines transferred and getting my account set up correctly has been terrible, so I hadn't yet asked about the gift card. Today I was told it was not a promotion that applied to me. I believe this is incorrect but I didn't take a screen shot of the website/offer, as I never thought I'd have to prove this. Now, I see that so many people posting about similar issues with Verizon and gift cards. Can anyone help me?
