When I signed up for Verizon Fios, one of the main incentives was the $200 Verizon gift card that I was told I would receive as part of the enrollment offer.
Every single time I try to redeem the card, the system fails — either the link doesn’t work, it says “error,” or it mysteriously claims the offer is unavailable. I’ve cleared my cache, tried multiple browsers, tried on my phone and my computer — nothing works.
This is unacceptable. Verizon has no problem taking my money on time every month, but when it comes to honoring the promotion they used to get me to sign up, suddenly it’s endless delays and excuses. I want this resolved immediately. If Verizon can’t fulfill the $200 gift card offer that was promised to me, then this is essentially false advertising.
