Only July 19, 2025 I received an email advising my $100 Verizon gift card would arrive in 10 business days. I still have not received the card. Upon calling Verizon Customer Service, I was told I was being transferred to "Blackhawk." The automated line seemed to be for a Verizon prepaid card. After attempting to reach an operator through the prompts, I was ultimately disconnected because I did not have a card number to reference and was not interested in any of the prompts for how to use my card. I located the direct number for Blackhawk through this forum, (888) 397-0765, and had the same result.
I was unable to redeem an additional $50 gift card but the Verizon Customer Service Rep did help me begin that process. Unfortunately, I expect to receive the same runaround with that card.
