I switched to Verizon on May 30th. I was promised a pay off your phone offer for 5 of the phones under my account (I transfered 7 phones). I received 4 of the 5 rebates, the 5th rebate the rebate center is saying that the phone was not purchased from an authorized retailer. I purchased all phones from Verizon over the phone at the same time. I have spent over 10 hours on the phone with you guys without having this issue resolved. I am owed over $700 rebate on this 5th phone. I have the receipt that says I am eligible for the rebate. Can someone please look into this and take care of it. I am really tired of calling and being told it will be taken care of "this time"', only to get nowhere. My next step is to report Verizon to the better business bureau and leave Verizon.
