- I was ready to pack out. Then "someone" really fabulous called me from Verizon Corp. (Had wrote them two letters; send together).
First up their aught be some keen warnings from the 'start' far as what is needed to keep the devise going smoothly. I don't see the "coaching."
Been with Verizon in two separate seasons. West Hartford Corbins Corner office. You might not longer have a presence there(???). Was with Verizon I'm guessing 10 years. I cut it off very very quickly though. Something didn't "add up" with Corp. ***manners. I did not see any need to be with a Company showing me what it was I see /seen about them!
I went to Metro. Was there three/four years(?) New Britain. All was good until I had a personal financial collapse (related with Palace Minimart North Street. "Cheating"/lieing business partner "Nike" everyone calls him....). Lost my number & the service. Then after 18 months "or something" went back and started to recover. Though their equipment quality had "slipped." Then day a female Clerk *acted w/me. Cause my person extra steps. But... got out emphatically less that seven-days into a new payment cycle.
On transferring the newest number the clerk on the line was (a: 'super'). Yet still... when she asked me "why" I didn't need to utter. But my act was "nice" back!
I went to AT & T Southington. Starts out well enough.
Their staff all are "cool" that corner spot between Panera Bread & Dunkin.
In end: "very poor equiptment." I wind up getting OUT 30 days sooner than I wanted to even (the equipment was "wicked bad!"). Just 1 Clerk that that I would call "distasteful" but... leave her to herself "it's enough torture." Ha-ha-ha!
Metro at least sent me a $3.00 refund check. AT & T I paid in advance one whole month. They be certain that gets "swallowed" by their Corp not returned.
From there because of "convenience" I picked up with Verizon once again. And everything is on Queen Street here. Soon be one year. I see problems reaccuring though! Be better if the staff will give the public preventive tips from the start.
I like Mark & the LAS too managing your ShopRite Plaza location.
