According to my receipts, I'm supposed to be getting 2 Fios Welcome gift cards - one for $200 and 1 for $100.
Installation date was May 14th.
I finally received the email link to request the $200 card, spent hours in chat and on the phone working through website errors and redeemed that. Never received the card,
Never even received an email link or any other notification for the $100 card.
How exactly is someone supposed to go about receiving these offers?
