App is malfunctioning. Can I reset it or reinstall it?
Is this a brand new phone you're trying to get Call Filter set up on and it's not working, or has the app quit working on an existing Verizon phone? For a new phone, it needs to be a Verizon variant phone before Verizon apps other than My Verizon will work.
Your best bet would be to contact the Call Filter support team via their email, which is listed under App Support in the URL below:

[update] There are a few recent comments in the Play Store reporting the same thing happening to others. Per the responses from Verizon there, you will need to provide them some information on your device for them to troubleshoot.
