I used my free tv promo signing up for Fios internet and the TV that I received has a cracked screen. I have since seen multiple other people with this same issue. Verizon doesn’t want to take responsibility for it of course. Just wanted to put it out there to stay away from Verizon and I will be cutting my service with them to the bare minimum until resolved.
