Hello - I have had fios for a few weeks now and I have been trying to sign up for the verizon credit card, but the website says I am not eligible. I tried using verizon support, but they just keep transferring me between different departments who all say they can't help . The last rep gave me the number for the credit card, but they said they can only help me after I have applied online, which is impossible.
Anyone have a similar experience? Should I try applying at the store.
My experience with verizon customer support has been horrible overall. The app and website are very buggy to say the least.
