Did you redeem your Fios Welcome Bonus, receive an email stating you'd receive your reward within seven to ten days, and then receive nothing?
Check your Spam folder for emails from "sendgrid" or "hawkmarketplace." I redeemed my Amazon gift card offer the same day as my welcome bonus. The Amazon-related email came from hawkmarketplace and came to my inbox, but the welcome bonus email came from a hawkmarketplace email "via sendgrid.net" and was in Spam. I only found it by searching my Spam folder for "sendgrid."
I'm asking and answering the question since Verizon keeps closing discussions on this, even though it's a repeat issue, and there was another question about it just three weeks ago. I called Verizon today and had a great rep., Shi. (I might have heard it wrong, or it might be "She.") Regardless, the rep. was excellent and knew just how to walk me through where to find it.
If Verizon's post-redemption email gave clearer directions, it would prevent a lot of customer stress and contact attempts.
