Verizon Fios 1 gig offer

I upgraded my plan when I moved to the 1 gig deal they had back in June. This deal included gift cards and a free 43" TV.

I have received the TV but not the gift cards. In my home offer page on my Verizon account it shows that the cards have been "redeemed" but no email was ever sent my way.

Wondering if someone else had this issue or if there is something obvious I am missing?
