audio setting for new 4100 mini

Question

Hello, I have the new smaller STB hooked up to my Denon AVR-900 same setup as old box. I use the sound through the AVR and have a center channel and 2 rear speakers.   sound is only out of the right speaker do I need to change a setting in the new box ie pass through? thanks

You could try that, but either you have a bad box, or a bad HDMI cable. If changing to passthrough has no effect, try changing the HDMI cable. If that still doesn't work, try changing the jack the Fios box is going to on the receiver. If that still doesn't work you may have a defective box.
