I ordered a phone online and specified that I had a trade in. The paperwork shows all of this. I received the new phone and activated it and prepared the trade in for shipping it back, but I can not access a return label online. I called in to customer service and after an hour and a half on the phone, they could not figure out why it wouldn't show up. They suggested I bring it to a store to return it. The only problem is that the nearest store is a little over an hour away. Can anyone help me with this?
