I've been a customer of Verizon for over 15 years. Customer service representatives have always been a pleasure to work with. No complaints with the staff. However, after Verizon updated the towers in our area to provide 5G services, we went from having full signal with great data speeds to an average of 1 bar of signal and most webpages will not load. With the amount being charged for monthly services, you would think that Verizon would ensure their customers are receiving equal to or better service after a so called upgrade. Highly disappointed with this service launch and the produced end result has left me looking for other providers. This review is not directed to any specific location, but the company.
