So when I first signed up for Verizon wireless, I was told that if I trade it in any cell phone that I would get my Galaxy. S25, ultra for free and only have to pay for cost a one time serviced hookup of $30 and then I have to pay the services which I believe was like $ 60 some dollars and then with the insurance and everything it was like 80 and then there's tax. I was told that I needed to drop the trade in to the actual store. So I did that phone It said that I could add my daughter's phone on there to make it a little cheaper. So her line came out to sixty dollars since she ported her number over, she was given the brand new iphone sixteen pro max it was $60 a month for her service, and then there's the insurance that was included on there. So it came out to like $70 or something. So 1880 is a $160 a month. Maybe like 200 at most, but now they're telling me that I only got $25 for a trade in on my phone and the I'm not getting the iPhone for free now. And then I have to pay for that too, and they're saying that the trading for the phone went to the iPhone and not to the Galaxy. And I said that, well, I got the galaxy s twenty five, ultra, first for trading the phone, and then I got the iphone for my daughter's line, which was just porting her number over from walmart family mobile, and then they gave me another deal and said, yeah. You can have a brand new Galaxy ultra watch and apple watch for free. You just have to pay the connection fee, which is $30 each. And then it's $7 for the first one, and then it's like $5 for the second 1. So it comes out to like $16 and something since a month For the watches, but now I'm sitting here looking at a possible 280 to $380 phone bill. Because Verizon's sitting here trying to tell me that my phone now is only cover $25, but that's not what the deal was. The promotion never said. Trade in and get an up to amount of a deal. It just simply said trade in any phone with a brand
Of service, which is what I got and get your phone for free. And then just pay the insurance and blah, blah, whatever
