I signed up for Verizon Fios in May 2025, which made me eligible for free Meta Ray-Ban glasses. The offer is redeemable starting August 17, 2025 However, I have consistently encountered issues with the offer.
On December 24, I received an email indicating it was time to redeem the offer. I can see the 'Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses, on us. Redeem by August 17, 2025' offer in the Home Offers section.
When I click on the tile, it brings me to a new page with a button to claim the offer. A pop-up appears asking me to check a box to accept the terms and conditions. After doing so, I am directed to the item page.
Unfortunately, the item is priced at $299.99 instead of $0. When I add it to my cart, it still shows $299.99 plus tax.
I have repeated the process on my PC using different browsers and cleared the cache, cookies, and browsing history to rule out any device-related issues. I have also attempted the process via the Verizon app, but the outcome remains the same.
I called customer service multiple times, and each time, I was advised to wait a few more days. The service ticket number is MR-2069767139-E01 However, the issue is still unresolved.
Given that the offer has a deadline, I cannot keep waiting indefinitely. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.
