Verizon Wireless is without a doubt the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life. Their service is garbage — constant dropped calls, slow data, and terrible coverage even in big cities. Their customer service is a complete joke. You’ll waste hours on hold only to talk to someone who can’t fix anything and doesn’t care about helping you. And let’s not forget their RIDICULOUSLY high prices. They charge premium rates for the absolute worst experience possible.
I’ve dealt with a lot of bad companies before, but Verizon takes the crown as the WORST of the WORST. They are nothing but a money-hungry with zero respect for their customers. Do yourself a favor and RUN from Verizon. Choosing them is one of the biggest mistakes you could ever make.
