Past Employee and shareholder phone plans and discounts?

I have had phone service since I purchased by first 3 watt GTE phone from the company as an employee. I continue to be a shareholder as I enter my retirement years. What plans and discounts are available to former employees? What plans and discounts are available to Verizon share holders?

Hi @GTEAlum
, if you still were with GTE in 2000 when they merged with Bell Atlantic to become Verizon, then I'd check with what is now Verizon's HR on whatever employee discounts are available. Wish I had some contact info, but I am just a customer. If you left GTE before the merger, not sure what to tell you.
