Nope. Talked to Verizon support who promised I'd get the redemption email last Saturday. Nothing came.

Good luck, it’s been almost a month and still nothing. I call customer service and the just give the standard wait 3-5 business days. It’s really amazing the level of incompetence at Verizon.

If anyone else bought a new line of service to get this promo, make sure you ask for the retention department. They send all customer service calls to India, and they aren’t equipped to handle this apparently, Verizon’s fault not the customer service workers. They send all retention calls to American customer service workers since they don’t want to lose paying customers. Thankfully the person at the retention dept knew exactly what to do and I had the NFL Sunday ticket activated the next day.
I came looking for answers for exactly this. I bought a new phone and upgraded my line specifically for this and still no email. Now I am just trying to figure it out. Gonna call the retention line I guess

After clicking around in the Verizon app , I finally found it under mange your enrolled offers page. It says I’m enrolled but when I press on the link to manage it, nothing happens. I did read that you have to keep service for 45 before they give you the $250 Visa gift, card so maybe you just have to wait?
