I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. The last 2 years my bill keeps raising with no changes. Today’s customer service was the worst experience ever. Clover and I were on the phone for almost 3 hours and she transferred me when her and I were not done leaving my situation unhandled. She forgot to mute me and she was singing, talking to her coworker, not resolving my issues but actually messing my bundle messed up. There’s a ticket for tech to call me back Wednesday hoping she can figure out what Clover messed up. At this point I’m almost ready to leave Verizon. I loved this company so much until recently. In June a different representative got me a bundle, saved me a good amount of money for me to find out 2 months later my line doesn’t qualify for the pkg she put me in, guess who has to be penalized and pay the difference for an employees mistake m, me. And nobody that answers the phones knows what they’re doing, has no explanations and I get no where with HOURS of speaking on the phone. I am blind and explain this at every phone call. Nobody cares. I’m so frustrated and overwhelmed. When we all know Verizon is the best but the headaches that come with it aren’t even worth it at this point. Do better. From what I’m gathering I’m not the only person that feels this way.
