Dealing with Verizon Fios promotions has been one of the most frustrating consumer experiences I’ve ever had. On paper, their offers look enticing—gift cards, discounts, or streaming perks. In reality, actually getting those promotions is like pulling teeth.
It starts to feel less like a promotional reward and more like a trap. Verizon lures customers in with flashy promises and then makes redemption so difficult it borders on deceptive. After hours of back-and-forth with support, I was left wondering if the entire system is designed this way on purpose.
