Ray-Ban Meta Deal

I was promised a $299 Meta Ray-Ban code for EACH line I opened. Got only 1 code, it didn’t work, then support closed my case saying I used it (I didn’t). Now I’m being told I needed 5G Home Internet?? Total runaround. Please fix this & honor the promo ASAP.
