I don’t even know where to begin. I signed up for Verizon online. I was set to receive $200 Verizon gift card, $200 Amazon gift card and NFL Sunday ticket. The option I selected made it so my internet wouldn’t be delivered for a couple weeks. I called in to see if I could switch to self install. I was assured over and over after being on the phone for well over an hour that I would receive all the same promotions and my internet would be delivered the next day. The first order was canceled incorrectly so now I cannot do anything else my account due to a pending order. Now after 2 weeks of dealing with horrible customer service (no one knows anything, keep me on the phone for hours talking in circles, promised call backs that never come) we are being told that none of those promotions were put on the second internet order and there’s nothing they can do for us. We will be leaving Verizon after more than a decade if this is not resolved.
