I ordered an iPhone 16 pro max with the unlimited welcome plan (I switched from metro) on the website back in June and in my cart was the $300 e giftcard for verizon. I kept calling and trying to get that added to my account, but so far nothing. The last time I called support they said to wait until August 14 but I have not received anything. Has anyone experienced this and do you know how to resolve this and get the gift card? I used the 300cartoffer25 promo.
