I’m trying to redeem my Samsung $400 Home Internet offer that can be used at Best Buy, but I keep getting the error: “There was an error when adding this offer to your account.” I’ve spoken with more than 30 agents and spent over 10 hours, but the issue remains unresolved.
Some agents have submitted tickets and attempted troubleshooting, so I’ve tried logging into my account and redeeming the offer from different devices, cleared cache and cookies, and used incognito mode—but the same error persists.
One agent also sent me a link to my phone, but it shows: “This page is for residential accounts and you are signed in to your wireless account,” which I don’t understand. Apparently, there is a technical issue behind this, but no one has been able to help, which is extremely frustrating. The offer must be redeemed by 8/25.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a way to successfully redeem the offer?
