The small, outside screen glitched as I was using the phone. The large inside screen still worked so I was able to resart the phone. It took 45min for any of the screens to be responsive.
I call verizon, was passed around to 6 different people, repeating again and again what was going on with my phone. The last person assured me that my new phone would be delivered Sunday. Called again Monday asking when it would arrive, they told me the order was not placed, but promised me it would be here the next day.
Checking order status on my account, nothing showed. So I called again, asking if it really was placed. They assured me it would be delivered by the end of the day.
It was not.
I don't see the point in calling again if this is what's going to happen.
What should I do? I had the phone for 3 days passed the 90 day warranty
