Ive been at Verizon for many years , spents 10’s of thousands of my hard earned dollars. Today I ask to have the activation fee removed on the purchase of a new phone. Was told there was no promotion available. But marketing for new customers only could. Why do you need a promotion for such things ? Im buying a new phone to guarantee an additional 36 month contract!! Between the service getting worse and all these sudden charges, I don’t want to do business with them anymore! With every one leaving verizon , why can’t you do better ??!!
