I signed up with fios a couple months ago and I was promised a JBL speaker, Nintendo switch, and Verizon gift cards. My rewards should have been made available today 8/20/25, however only the switch has been redeemable. The gift cards still say “redeemable Aug 20th”. I received an email today stating that the speaker was ready to be redeemed but after clicking the link to take to me the home offers page, the listing for the speaker is no longer there. I do not currently have a way to redeem the speaker promised to me. If anyone has any insight on how to solve these issues that would be appreciated.
