I got 1 Gig internet and kept my account active. After the 60 day period I was supposed to be able to redeem the items as part of the promotion. I ordered my free switch on August 9th. Never got a shipping email just the order confirmation. Now I see that the switch is out of stock. It wasn’t when I ordered and now it is? Where’s my shipping email? Also the JBL speaker didn’t show the discount for weeks and I finally got to order it today.
