Will you be replacing the PREMIUM CHANNELS that you no longer provide? “Verizon FIOS is dropping some premium channels, including four Disney-owned networks, as part of a strategy to focus more on its broadband services and encourage customers to explore alternative streaming options. This decision reflects a broader trend in the industry where cable companies are adjusting their offerings amid the rise of streaming services.” You chose to no longer provide channels that I pay a premium for, you may the right to change your channel lineup but you don’t have the right to continue charging for “Premium” services that you do not provide!! I expect compensation, replacement Premium Channels or a subscription service of value commensurate with the service you no longer provide!! I pay for the ultimate subscription TV services in addition to all of the premium channels that were available, therefore financial compensation is expected!! If you have decided to no longer provide this type of service and have decided to move customers to subscription TV service such as Disney, Netflix, Hulu… you cannot charge customers for the service you don’t offer! I will be more than happy to cancel the ultimate subscription and all premium channels and move to subscription but you must drop phone services, reduce redundancy In channel availability, upgrade your internet service (I have top tier internet service) as it cannot handle multiple streaming services in HD plus TV, gaming, smart home and VOIP without buffering! In fact your online user management application is not working, Changes to services cannot be done online and the wait time for customer support is ~1 hour… unacceptable!! Kindly refund my account for the premium service you choose to no longer provide without notice of any kind!! Please do not ignore!
