A reward gift card showed up in my offers under the home tab. I get errors when I try to claim it. These errors range from the website is down to showing me someone else’s old reward. Please help.

@fribble , private messages (PMs) are to be found in your forum account. They will be under the envelope icon at the top right. If the CS rep forgot to PM you, you can PM anyone in the forums by going to their picture in one of their posts and using the "send message" button.
I'm having the same issue claiming my Amazon Gift card. Get the error message "Bad Request" or "Please try again later." I have been getting the same messages for the past 2 weeks. I've now been on hold for 2 hours after chatting with someone for 45 minutes.

Just got off the phone with an agent. They will process behind the scenes, and it will take 30-60 days to receive. That's exactly what Verizon is up to, hoping that customers will get annoyed with the process of claiming the offer, and it will expire. Do better, Verizon.
