New ESPN Unlimited for Fios ESPN Customers

ESPN is now offering ESPN Unlimited Plan for new subscribers and I see that Verizon Fios ESPN customers will received the Unlimited Streaming plan as part of their Fios plan. Verizon support tweeted that on Aug 28, 2025 we will be able to signup for the Unlimited Plan online and have it activated but I've yet to receive any email from Fios regarding the issue. Can further information be provided here by Fios employees regarding:

Exactly. You have done your research. Any response you get will be very helpful. I was streaming individual matches ESPN plus today and it cut out. I was out of the loop as the US Open is my main ESPN network plus go to. Did tons of research. Discovered the Unlimited option ( apparently rolled out late ) via FIOs. The vauge on or about / in the next few weeks comments by Verizon reps are so unhelpful. Let’s get some action here Verizon agents and reps. The OG poster here did there due diligence and respectfully deserves a response and immediate roll out of Fios espn unlimited access!

I've been in a loop of being told by Verizon steps that don't make sense. Has anyone actually gotten an activation code from ESPN , as my activation prompt brings me to my account overview page. I pay too much to justify $30 for something I apparently get for free. nobody in the Verizon Support understand what ESPN Unlimited even is! after nearly one month of trying (September 20th) I'm extremely unhappy with the lack of support on Verizon's end!

I agree, the instructions don't make sense because where to go do not exist and I do have ESPN as part of my Fios Plan.
