it says that I can have a network a PNAPR or whatever it’s a 2002 I wanted to put a network on there. Can you help me it says I can run through Bluetooth and it has the highest Bluetooth rating do you know I can but I can download service that says network can you help me

If you don't have WiFi, you'd have to hotspot your phone or get a mobile hotspot device plus service plan for the hotspot, in order for your Chromebook to be able to access the internet.
