hi I was trying to download the free 30 day service activation no commitment and tell her you want to know or not if you want to go with the service and it says that I already had to plan for a year and I have to wait a year but I did not even have a free 30 day service under my email on my phone. This is a brand new phone. I got it from Facebook and I wanted to try the Verizon service. Can anybody help me
